A few weeks into her program, one of my first clients called me in tears. “For the first time in my life,” she said, “I climbed a set of stairs without having to catch my breath.” It was one of the proudest moments of my life, and the reason I chose this business. Traditional programs so often fail because they only focus on immediate results instead of long-term goals and support. My role is to personally cheer you on, talk you through the process, and help you stick to your plan. I work with you to undo harmful habits and replace them with new, healthier behavior. Meaningful change is often incredibly hard to do on your own, but with a mentor to guide you, it becomes so much easier and is more fun! My approach helps you identify your values and goals, and then helps you get honest about where you are right now. By working toward a truly healthy future, we can create a game plan to take you from here to there, and you’ll start to watch that extra weight disappear.
